3 half-day inter-company sessions (1,5 day)
Intended Learning Outcomes:
•DISCOVER the Radical Innovation Design universe and unique concepts
•BE ABLE to compare RID to other innovation methodologies
•UNDERSTAND all the steps of a RID study process
•IMAGINE how to use the RID methodology on his/her own case
Program:
•Session #1:
-Introduction to usage-driven innovation and Radical Innovation Design
-RID Board Game (Problem Setting, Mobility case)
•Session #2:
-RID theory deepening
-RID case study(ies)
-Presentation of homework
•Session #3:
-Guided tutorial session on personal project
-Final pitches (2 minutes per project)
Number of participants: 6 to 12
Price: 1200€ HT/participant (Eligible for the Personal Training Account (PTA))

-Introduction
-RID Digital Serious Game (Problem Setting + Problem Solving ; Mobility case with algorithms)
-Guided tutorial session on personal project including the use of matrices and algorithms (until value buckets, ambition perimeter and first ideation)
-Targeted RID theory deepening (about 10 short sessions)
-Final pitch (10 minutes per project)
Number of participants: 6 to 12
Price: 2400€ HT/participant (Eligible for the Personal Training Account (PTA))
